Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and you receive a booking confirmation email.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and vehicle.
Payment
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or other available online methods.
Prices are all-inclusive, transparent, and displayed in Icelandic króna (kr.).
No hidden fees — additional charges apply only if extra services are requested.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund if canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be non-refundable.
Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may affect service; we will always provide alternatives or reschedule.
